Registration & Documents
- Completed Registration Form, signed by parents on every page.
- Agreement Letter for School Fees Payment, signed by parents on every page.
- Declaration Form, signed by parents on an Rp 6.000,- official stamp.
- 3 (three) recent coloured photographs, size 3 x 4 cm.
- 2 (two) copies of the candidate’s Birth Certificate.
- 1 (one) copy of the candidate’s Report Card or equivalent.
Indonesian Students
- 1 (one) copy of parents/guardian’s Identity Card.
- 2 (two) copies of Family Card (with candidate’s name). Please bring the original Family Card.
If enrolling from SPK
- Certificate from former school
- Transfer Letter from Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia
If enrolling from Overseas School:
- Notification Letter of Equivalence from Kemendikbud
- Transfer Letter from Kemendikbud
For Expatriate Students
- 1 (one) copy of parents/guardian’s and candidate’s passport
- Birth Certificate of the student candidate
- The last education report of the student candidate
- Temporary Stay Permit (KITAS) from the Directorate General of Immigration
- Reporting Certificate (STM) from the Indonesian Police
- A letter stating that while studying the student candidate will not work in Indonesia (stamped)
- A letter from student candidate's parents guaranteeing financing during the studies (stamped)
- A letter of admission from Global Indonesia School
- Color Photocopy of the Passport of student candidate's parents
- Curriculum Vitae / CV of the Parents of student candidate
